One of the best passing offenses in class 1A flies into Eagle Lane tonight as Pella Christian hosts Panorama in a round of 32 football matchup.

Panthers quarterback Dominic Walker leads the class in passing yards and passing touchdowns and is second in all-purposes yardage.  Pella Christian coach Rich Kacmarynski says that his defense will have its hands full tonight.

“They want to spread you out, and they want to get the ball out in space and make you tackle in space.  The quarterback is very good.  He’s very shifty, and he’s a good runner and a good thrower.  They’ve thrown for about three times as many yards as they’ve rushed for, so we definitely have to play good pass defense, get a pass rush and contain the quarterback run.”

Kacmarynski says that the Eagles will use tempo tonight to try to keep the Panorama defense on its heels, and he says that tonight, a good offense might be his best defense.

Game time is at 7:00 at Pella Christian High School.  Trevor Castle and J.D. Boer will have the call on the KRLS2 stream at www.kniakrls.com.  Pregame hits the air at 6:30.
