Vote by mail and early in-person voting for the 20202 election is well underway. Warren County Auditor Traci Vanderlinden tells KNIA News with less than a week to go until election day, 15,801 absentee ballots have been requested, with 13,838 of those already returned.

Democratic Party Returned: 6,750
Republican Party Requested: 5,283
Republican Party Returned: 4,602
Independent Requested: 3,005
Independent Returned: 2,459
Green Party Requested: 5
Green Part Returned: 3
Libertarian Party Requested: 35
Libertarian Party Returned: 24

Compared to the 2016 general election, 12,344 absentee ballots were returned, with another 15,163 residents voting at the polls.
