The PCM football team won its quarterfinal round game at West Marshall by the slimmest of margins at 21-20. This came after the Mustangs dominated everyone in their path to get to that point. Previously, the closest margin of victory was 26 points, which was the season opener at home against Newton. Head Coach Greg Bonnett says that may have been exactly what his team needed heading into the UNI-Dome.

#1 PCM takes on #4 Waukon in the second Class 2A semifinal on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. inside the UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls. Pregame coverage begins at 7:00 p.m. on 95.3 KNIA and KRLS3.
