The 2020-2021 season gets underway Monday evening when the Norwalk girls basketball team travels to Adel for a non-conference tilt against ADM. The Warriors will put their promising talent and depth to the test against a Tigers team that begins the season as one of the favorites in the Raccoon River Conference. Head Coach Jill Martin says that ADM is one of the best teams in the region, and always plays hard.

This is the fourth straight season the teams will have faced each other in the curtain-raiser. ADM has won the last two in the series, including last year’s 55-50 win where the Tigers staved off a furious fourth quarter comeback attempt.

Tonight’s opening tipoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at ADM High School in Adel, following girls JV action.
