Mark “Charlie” Van Houwelingen, age 77, of Knoxville, Iowa, passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. Charlie’s wishes were to be cremated. Due to COVID 19, a Celebration of Life will be held on a later date. Burial will take place at Graceland Cemetery in Knoxville. Winfield Funeral Home in Knoxville is assisting the family.
