James Neer Sr., 59 of Des Moines passed away on December 22, 2020. Funeral Services will be Saturday, December 26, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Milo Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be held beginning at 12:00 p.m. prior to service. Memorials may be made to the family. Per Iowa coronavirus guidelines, facemasks are required.
