Indianola Parks and Rec and the Warren County Conservation Board are partnering for the “Hidden Hearts Hike”, a family scavenger hunt hike. Interim Director of Warren County Conservation Karen Johlas-Szalkowski tells KNIA News 50 hidden hearts of all different sizes and colors will be placed along McVay Trail in Indianola, and residents are asked to walk the trail and see how many they can find. Participants are asked to leave the hearts where they were found, and there will be a sign at each end of the trails stating where the game starts and finishes. The hearts will be up February 8th through February 21st. For more information, click below.
