As a result of the COVID-19 positive test rate falling below 15%, the Indianola Public Library and Activity Center have reopened for limited walk-in services. The library is open for browsing and public use of computers and study tables, and curbside pickup is available during all open hours plus Sunday afternoon, doorstep delivery for homebound patrons has resumed, and many programs continue to be offered online. For the Indianola Activity Center, most activities will be by reservation and each person will be required to check-in for contact tracing purposes. Limited rentals are available, and in-person programming will require masks and social distancing to limit the spread. To view the city plan to reopen buildings, click below.
