Brian Eugene Bittner, 52, of Oskaloosa, died Sunday, February 21, 2021, at the Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, February 25, 2021, at 1 pm in the Bates Funeral Chapel. A private graveside service will be held at a later date in Forest Cemetery in Oskaloosa. The Bates Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
