The Marion County Humane Society is holding an “Egg My Yard” fundraiser for the upcoming Easter holiday. President Leslie Vander Linden explains what will take place.

“We’re taking orders for Easter eggs. The Easter Bunny will come and put them in your yard, plastic eggs filled with candy or toys. You can specify if your child has some sort of allergy, and we’ll make sure they get something they can have.”

25 eggs can be purchased for $20, and 50 eggs are available for $40. This fundraiser will be available within the city limits of Knoxville, Pella, and Pleasantville. Contact the Marion County Humane Society to sign up.
