From Head Coach Dak Rasmussen:
“We had a beautiful day to run and took full advantage of it. Every one of our relays improved their performances as well as 16 individual events. Our 4×800, for example, improved by 41 seconds over their time from Waukee. Our sprinters did a lot of great things today. We had 3 girls finish in the top 8 of the open 100m with Emily McMartin running a career best time. The open 200 was even better with Pella going 1,2,3 and Emily running another career best time.”
