Four Norwalk varsity teams were in action Tuesday. The girls golf team traveled to Ballard for its first away meet of the season. The Warriors placed first of four teams, and Lauren Davis received the second place medal. Norwalk is back in action Tuesday at Grinnell.

The girls track and field team was at Urbandale, where the Warriors placed second with 111 points. Top finishers included:

Norwalk is back in action Thursday at Waukee.

The boys track and field team traveled to Adel for the ADM Hugh Norman Coed Relays, and took home a second place finish. Top performers included:

The Warriors are back in action Thursday at Nevada.

The boys soccer team traveled to Pella Christian for the second night of back-to-back games, and dominated in a 6-1 victory. Six different Warriors scored in the contest. Senior Joe Brown says the team especially came alive offensively in the second half.

Norwalk moves to 2-1 overall and 1-0 in Little Hawkeye Conference play, and returns to action Friday at home against Ankeny Centennial.
