Both offenses were strong on Panther Drive but Knoxville was stronger in an 18-8 baseball victory over Bondurant-Farrar that ended in the 6th inning due to the ten run mercy rule. The Panthers scored a run in the first inning, but allowed the Blue Jays to plate three in the top of the 2nd. After that, Knoxville erupted for nine runs in the bottom half of the 3rd inning to take a 10-3 advantage they would never relinquish. Bode Cox was 3/5 with two RBI to lead the Panthers at the plate while Jaxon Zuck earned the win going four innings, allowing five hits and six runs while striking out six. Knoxville is now 7-10 on the season and will travel to Pleasantville tonight. You can hear that game live on 95.3 KNIA at 7:15.
