The #8 in Class 4A Norwalk baseball team continued its winning way Tuesday in a non-conference road trip to ADM, coming out on top 6-1. The Tigers scored the game’s first run in the bottom of the first, and held the lead much of the way. But the Warriors finally got their scoring underway in the fifth, plating four runs to take the lead for good. Norwalk added additional runs in the sixth and seventh innings to seal the win. Seven players had one hit apiece for a balanced attack offensively. Evan Borst was the winning pitcher, giving up two hits and three walk while recording six strikeouts in six innings of work. Head Coach Chad Wiedmann says that balance is what has helped his team to such great success.

Norwalk improves to 27-3 overall and returns to action tonight, hosting Bondurant-Farrar at 7:30.
