The hiring process for a new Knoxville city manager is coming down to its final steps. City Clerk Tricia Kincaid tells KNIA/KRLS News that three candidates will meet with department directors and a community panel Friday morning. The final interviews will be Saturday morning with the City Council. Kincaid says they hope to extend an offer at that time.
