Twin Cedars won their third straight Bluegrass Conference softball title in 2021, and their efforts were rewarded by the Iowa Girls Coaches Association. Grace Bailey, Ali Mockenhaupt, and Rylee Dunkin were selected to the Class 1A South Central All-District team, and Head Coach Zack Dunkin was named District Coach of the Year.

Grace Bailey was dominant in all phases of softball this season. Bailey posted a .488 batting average with six home runs at the plate while winning 20 games as a pitcher with a 1.94 ERA. Ali Mockenhaupt finished just behind Bailey in batting average with .485. Mockenhaupt led the Sabers with 15 doubles and 23 walks. Rylee Dunkin had a .415 batting average, stole the most bases on the team with 23 in 24 attempts, and posted a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage behind the plate for Twin Cedars. 

Head Coach Zack Dunkin has led the Sabers to a 44-1 record in conference play the last three seasons and led Twin Cedars to a 29-11 record this season that resulted in another conference championship.
