The Pella Police Department received another significant donation as a fundraiser for a new K-9 unit continues. Marion County Bank made a contribution of $5,000, taking the total raised to just over $30,000. Captain Paul Haase says the goal is $75,000 for a new K-9, training, a specialty vehicle, care and maintenance, and equipment.
