The Indianola girls swimming and boys and girls cross country teams are back in action today. The Indians girls swimming team will face off against Perry for the second time this season, competing for the first time in their home pool at the Indianola YMCA, action starts today at 5:30pm.

The Indians boys and girls cross country teams travel to Marshalltown Community College for a meet hosted by the Bobcats. Both squads are coming off of a strong performance in their last competition on Saturday at Dallas Center-Grimes, and head girls coach Kim Arndt tells KNIA Sports her team is looking to find the perfect fit of training, staying healthy, and earning good results early in the season.

The boys begin at 4pm, with the girls scheduled to run at 5:25.
