The filing period for local elections is closed, and the following individuals will appear on the ballot for mayoral and city council races:

Knoxville has two full term city council seats, a vacancy fulfillment, and the mayor up for election:

4-year term: Dylan Morse
4-year term: Megan Suhr
Vacancy fulfillment: Dawn Rankin
Mayor: Brian Hatch

Pella has three contested city council races.

At-large: Robin Pfalzgraf, Mark De Jong, Tony Bokhoven, Alan Pfadenhauer
Ward 1: Lynn Branderhorst, Kyle Nelson
Ward 3: Bruce Schiebout, Spencer Carlstone

Pleasantville has two full term city council seats, a vacancy fulfillment, and the mayor up for election:

Mayor: Brandon Pennington
Council: Tami Sims Farrell
Council: John Koehn
Council: Jordan Van Ness
Vacancy fulfillment: Rachel Lopez

Melcher-Dallas has two 4-year terms and one 2-year term open on the city council. Candidates include Doyle Brown, David Johnson, Mark Herold, Kevin Cottington, and Michael Dawson. Sara Lewin is running unopposed to fill the vacancy. Terry Fisher is running unopposed for mayor of Melcher-Dallas.

Bussey has two running for city council: Leann Sanders and Stephanie Sterner. Larry Pinegar is running unopposed for mayor.

Hamilton has a contested mayoral race between Justin Pinegar and John Davis. Diane King, Aron Burk and Stormie DeShaw are running for city council.

Harvey will have a contested mayoral race between Dennis Seibert and Martin Heaton, as well as each seat on the city council. Those running are:

Sue Ver Meer

There were no candidates for Marysville or Swan.
