Voters in Pella have the chance to hear from Pella City Council candidates later this fall during a forum focused on issues relating to business development in the community. The Pella Area Community and Economic Alliance and 92.1 KRLS are once again partnering for a forum for the three contested Pella City Council races. All eight candidates who filed official candidacy documents are invited to answer questions about why they are running in this year’s election and about the key issues in the upcoming election on Thursday, October 7th from 6 to 8 p.m, an event which will air live on 92.1 KRLS. Central College Political Science Professor Andrew Green and Dr. Bob Leonard will co-host the two hour session focusing on issues relating to business development in the Tulip City. Following the forum, one-on-one Let’s Talk Pella segments with each of the candidates will air, with profiles of each posted online daily.
