Unofficial election results show that Marion County had an increase in voter turnout for Tuesday’s city/school elections, compared to the 2019 election.

This year, 5,366 voters cast ballots out of 24,413 registered voters, good for 21.98 percent.

In 2019, 4,886 people voted out of 23,875 registered voters, which is 20.46 percent.
