While younger and less experienced this season, the Twin Cedars Boys Basketball Squad has spent time in the offseason getting organized and being ready for regular practices to start. Coach Brad McWilliams says that is one of the big things he has noticed over the last few seasons.

McWilliams: “They’ve done some things that 3 or 4 years ago before my son and I were coaching in open gyms and running an offense. They’ve taken that responsibility and that’s what it means the most is the character development and them taking ownership of their roles was nice to see.”

Twin Cedars returns two seniors that will be very important to the Sabers’ success this season in Devon Arkema and Dallas Clark, plus four juniors with experience. Twin Cedars will open the season Tuesday against Wayne.
