Marion County Public Health has announced COVID-19 vaccine booster clinics will be held regularly for the foreseeable future. Director Kim Dorn says the Moderna shot is available in their office, as well as large employers that wish to host them for their employees.

“We’re doing Moderna. We also hold clinics when a manufacturer wants to have one for their employees, we do those separately. People need to check our website to sign up for an appointment.”

Dorn also says that people can still begin their initial vaccine series with Public Health if they have not yet done so, as those doses are widely available.
