Roy G. Kincaid, 81, of Knoxville passed away Sunday, December 5 at the Knoxville Hospital and Clinics. Visitation will be Friday, December 10, 2021 at the Williams Funeral Home in Knoxville. The family will be present from 2-4 pm at Williams Funeral Home. A private family memorial service will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials.
