Caroline McMartin has been honored for her contributions to the Central College women’s cross country team.

The Dutch placed third at the American Rivers Conference Championships and sixth of 30 teams at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional. McMartin advanced to the NCAA Division III Championships Nov. 20 in Louisville, Kentucky.

McMartin was named the team’s Most Valuable Performer and Addy Parrott was the Newcomer of the Year Award winner. The Most Improved Performer was Lindsey Davidson. The Dutch Spirit award was given to Hailey Hill. Hill and Lauren Coon were this year’s captains. Coach Joe Dunham awarded 13 varsity letters.
