The City of Indianola is opening up the Brush Facility this Saturday to help residents dispose of the downed branches and tree limbs from the wind storm Wednesday evening. Interim City Manager Charlie Dissell tells KNIA News Indianola fared well from the severe weather overall, but the survey of the city showed the need for the facility to be opened. The Brush Facility will be open from 9am to 4pm this Saturday, and is only open to dispose of brush from the storm damage, no organic yard waste or leaves will be accepted, and is only open to City of Indianola residents.
