The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce has concluded another year, and is making preparations for 2022. Director Emma Skahill says a key initiative in the new year will be broader outreach as housing and business development continue to grow.

“We will have a Knoxville marketing campaign starting in 2022. There are a lot of growth opportunities happening here in Knoxville between the VA and the housing complexes going up. We think this is the best time to start recruiting people to come to Knoxville. We’ll be doing videos, possibly billboards, things to get our community out there to people who might not know what Knoxville is all about.”

Skahill thanks everyone for their support throughout 2021 and encourages people to continue supporting the community in 2022. View a Knoxville Chamber of Commerce year in review here.
