Memorial services for Julia Kay Rumer will be held at 1:30pm, Friday, January 7th at Third Church in Pella. Public visitation will begin at 2:00pm, Thursday also at the church, with family present from 4:00-7:00pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Hospice of Pella. The Garden Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
