With 2022 about to get underway for PCM’s girls’ basketball squad, the Mustangs will look to continue to follow the motto of getting better every day.

The Mustangs open the 2022 calendar year Friday night as the first half of a boys/girls Heart of Iowa Conference doubleheader at South Hamilton. PCM has accumulated three wins so far this season over Greene County, Saydel, and Perry. The Mustangs have showcased defensive intensity and patience on the offensive side of the ball. The Steenhoek sisters, Paige, Sophie, and Addison are currently spearheading a young Mustangs squad to be competitive every game.

The doubleheader at South Hamilton Friday night will begin with the girls’ game tipping off at 6:00 PM. The game will be broadcast on the KRLS3 stream at kniakrls.com.
