The jazz season is underway for area high schools, and in one week, the annual state contest returns. Pella High School will host Knoxville, three of their own ensembles, and several other area schools for the Iowa High School Music Association State Festival on Saturday, January 29th from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Knoxville – Class 3A – 9:20 a.m.
Pella Jazz Ensemble – Class 3A – 10:50 a.m.
Pella Jazz Orchestra – Class 3A – 1:30 p.m.
Pella Jazz I – Class 3A – 3:40 p.m.

Admission is $7 for adults and $3 for students at Pella High School.
