Opening night of the Knoxville High School performance of “Descendants, the Musical” is tonight. “Descendants” is a Disney movie where the King and Queen of Auradon offers a chance for the trouble-making children of Disney villains to attend prep school in the kingdom. Showtimes are today, at 7 pm, Saturday at 1 and 7 pm with the 1 pm performance being family-friendly and sensory-friendly, and Sunday at 2 pm. Before the 1 pm show on Saturday, the cast will hold a meet and greet to give kids the chance to speak with and get photographed with the characters. Before the 7 pm performance on Saturday the Knoxville After Prom committee will hold a spaghetti dinner fundraiser starting at 5 pm.
