In only their second track and field meet of the season, the Melcher-Dallas Girls placed 8th at the BGM Bears Classic on Friday. The Saints added the meet as a fill in when their own invitational was cancelled earlier this week. The distance medley team of Summer Karpan, Saydi Benz, Hayden Branson and Haylie Hendrickson placed 3rd. Coach Amy Stuart told KNIA Sports they are still trying to figure things out and with four scheduled meets next week they should answer a lot of questions. The Saints head to Moravia on Monday.
