After a night away from the diamonds, the Pella baseball and softball teams head to Dallas Center-Grimes for Little Hawkeye Conference competition. The Dutch baseball team is trying to get a winning streak started after snapping a three game skid in game two of Monday’s doubleheader vs. Oskaloosa, and will look to do so against a Mustangs squad that swept Pella Christian earlier this week. Pella’s softball team is trying to wipe out the bad taste of their combined 22-2 losses in Monday’s doubleheader against 13th-ranked DCG, who just dominated the ranked in 2A Eagles in a pair of 12 run contests. Varsity action begins at 7:30 p.m. in Dallas Center.
