The first of many big moments in Mason Scheve senior year at Pleasantville comes in at #8 on the countdown top 10 sports stories for the Trojans in the 2021-22 school year.

On February 1st, the Pleasantville boys’ basketball squad hosted Woodward Academy for a West Central Conference game. En route to a 76-40 victory, Mason Scheve put on one of the top scoring performances in all of Class 2A. The senior outscored the Knights by himself, pouring in a career-high 43 points. Scheve hit 17 of his 24 shots for an impressive 70.8% field goal percentage and connected on seven of his 12 three pointers. The 43 points scored by Scheve on February 1st was tied for the third most points scored in a game this past season in Class 2A.
