The Knoxville Public Library will be hosting  an open house at the library for local artist Earl Pearson between 6 and 7:30 p.m. Thursday, August 25.

Some of Earl’s work has been on display in the hallway at the library this summer. A broader selection will be on display for the reception. 

Knoxville Public Library Director Roslin Thompson says, “We have artwork by Earl Pearson. He’s a local artist in Knoxville. He does the most interesting colorful intricate pieces you have ever seen.”

Thompson said light refreshments will be served.
