The Pella City Council will schedule future hearings for two major ongoing development projects at their meeting this evening.

A pair of public hearings will be scheduled this evening relating to the Webster Park Urban Renewal Plan and new Pella Main Street Market for the November 1st regular meeting. A resolution would also schedule a pair of public hearings on November 15th for the Timberview Urban Renewal Plan and development agreement, and another agenda item would offer the City’s support for the project for a new housing subdivision.

During policy and planning, the council will discuss the future of the Pella Community Center, insurance reimbursement and private payments for Pella Community Ambulance calls, and future peddler permits in the Oskaloosa Street Corridor.
