Celebration of Life Services for Donald Marion Ballinger, 76 of Des Moines, will be held 7 p.m. Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola with visitation to be held prior to services from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
