A memorial service for Randall Kelley, 63 of Oskaloosa will be held Friday, May 3, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Paul Congregational United Church of Christ in Oskaloosa with Reverend Melissa Sternhagen officiating. As was Randy’s wish, his body has been cremated. The Bates Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2023, starting at 1:00 p.m at the Bates Funeral Chapel in Oskaloosa with Randy’s family present from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday evening to greet friends and relatives. Memorials may be made to the Southern Poverty Law Center or to the family to be designated towards an Indian Hills Community College Scholarship in Randy’s name.
