indianola-8

The Indianola girls soccer team fell to the Rams of Southeast Polk 4-0 Thursday evening. The Indians played tight defense throughout much of the first half before the Rams pushed a goal through with just three minutes to go before the break to take a 1-0 lead at half. The Indians then allowed another goal with 30 minutes to go, before having to push forward even more to attempt to even the score and allowed two more goals in. Head coach Erin Ebling said the team is going to continue to try and focus on finishing offensive sets and finding the back of the net more often. Indianola is now 1-1 and will next play tonight at Nevada.
