The Indianola track and field teams, tennis teams, and boys soccer team were all in action on Monday evening.

The Indians girls track and field team was at Waukee Northwest for the NW Invite. The Indians had top finishes from Josie McGraw in the 100m Hurdles with a 2nd place finish, Kiley Kindelspire placed 2nd in the 200m, Emily Naughton was 5th in the 400m, Abbie Kluver was 3rd in the discus, and Kendall McDaniel was 2nd in the shot put. The Sprint Medley and Shuttle Hurdle Relay Teams both placed 5th. Only the relays were scored at the meet, with the Indians scoring five points and placing 7th. Indianola will next compete at Ankeny on Thursday.

The Indians boys track and field team won the Boone Invitational Monday, scoring 142 points in the five team meet. Full results will be updated as they are available. The Indians will next host their own meet on Thursday.

The Indianola boys tennis team split their triangular against Urbandale and Des Moines Lincoln, falling to the J-Hawks 9-2 but defeating the Railsplitters 7-4. The Indians top four singles players in Joe Comer, Michael Rothchild, Erik Jensen, and Kael Christiansen all won, while the duos of Comer and Rothchild, Jensen and Christiansen, and Ben Mahlstadt and Blake Byers won in doubles. The duos of Nate Winjum and Justus Woell along with Mahlstadt and Byers were the lone winners against Urbandale. The Indians will travel to Norwalk this afternoon at 4:15pm.

The Indians girls tennis team defeated Lincoln 11-0 and fell to Urbandale 10-1 in their triangular. Brynn Bishop was the lone Indian to pick up a win against the J-Hawks and #1 singles, while the singles players including Bishop, Carmen Christensen, Audra Dowler, Keely Greubel, Zoey Belt, and Emily Allen all won against the Railsplitters, with the duos of Bishop and Belt, Christensen and Greubel, Dowler and Ceris Askelson, Faith Mahlstadt and Maren Haynes, and Mackenzie Blackford and Peyton Tingley all won in doubles. The Indians will host Norwalk this afternoon at 4:15pm.

The Indians boys soccer team fell to Hoover on the road 3-0. The Indians are now 1-1 on the season, and will next play tonight at Grinnell.
