Pella Christian’s Joslyn Terpstra had a hat trick and the Eagles defeated Knoxville in girls soccer at Randy Wilson Track in Knoxville on Monday 5-1. Terpstra scored all of her goals in the first 40:00 of play with assists by Jenna Edel on the first two and Joslyn’s younger sister Lexi helping on the 3rd. Two more goals by Annika Van Dyke and Esther Ford capped off the scoring for Pella Christian. Knoxville’s lone goal was by Halle Baker midway through the 2nd half. Knoxville is now 0-2 on the season and will travel to Creston on Thursday while Pella Christian is 2-0 and will host Newton tonight on Eagle Lane.
