Following a storm-plagued wipeout of Tuesday’s sports schedule, five Norwalk High School teams return to action today across the region.

The Warrior girls golf team starts things off at 3:30 p.m., competing in the Newton Cardinal Invite. This is their first meet of the season following two cancellations.

The Norwalk tennis squads have dual meets at 4:15. The boys host Dallas Center-Grimes while the girls travel to DC-G for their season opener.

Both track teams compete starting at 4:30. The girls are part of an eight-team field at the Hawkette Invite in Ankeny and the boys make the short trip to Indianola for the six-team Indian Relays.
