The Melcher-Dallas Baseball Squad played a mid afternoon game against Ankeny Christian on Saturday and fell to the Eagles 10–0 in a game that ended after five innings. The Eagles scored three in the first, five in the 2nd and two more in the 3rd while only allowing three Melcher-Dallas hits. Mason DeJong got two of the hits while Tristan Bennett suffered the loss going two innings. Melcher-Dallas is 0-2 and will host rival Twin Cedars on Tuesday
