
The Twin Cedars Baseball Squad had a tough night on the diamond, while the class 1A #15 softball Sabers extended their winning streak to seven. On the baseball field, the Sabers fell behind after a five run second inning when Moravia broke the game open. The Sabers were also limited to three hits, two by Holden Roberts. Blake Micetich took the loss going 4 2/3 and striking out four. On the softball field, the Sabers got another 14 strikeouts from Jillian French allowing just two hits. Rylee Dunkin went 2/4 with a triple and two RBI. The softball Sabers will take on Van Meter on Monday while the baseball squad will be off until Tuesday when they travel to Seymour.
