The Norwalk cross country teams travel to Lakeside Municipal Golf Course today, competing on the state meet course as part of the Fort Dodge Invitational. Competition is set to begin at 4:00 p.m. with nearly 30 schools in attendance.

This week’s state rankings from the Iowa Association of Track and Cross Country Coaches list the Norwalk boys at number 11 in Class 4A. Senior Noah Buhrow, meanwhile, is ranked 10th individually in 4A.

Today marks the Warriors’ final race prior to Monday’s Little Hawkeye Conference Meet at Pickard Park in Indianola.
