The family of a young girl who died in a sledding accident last winter is working to keep her memory alive through positive efforts that starts this week.
The Zellmers are asking their friends, family, and community members to remember their daughter Milly through acts of kindness starting this Wednesday and continuing through February 16th. Milly died tragically in a sledding accident this past winter following a February snow storm. They are asking anyone to consider creating Milly Moments by doing acts of kindness. If they choose, they can then leaving a specialized postcard behind to show what was accomplished, which is available at a wide range of businesses in the area.
Additionally, students and staff at Lincoln Elementary are encouraged to wear pink on what would have been Milly’s 6th birthday this Wednesday.
