The Webb Shadle Public Library will be hosting local author Jamie Ogle on Saturday at 10 am, to speak about her new book “Of Love and Treason.”

Ogle is a historical fiction award-winning author, whose stories typically include danger, rebels, and deep faith. Originally from northern Minnesota, Ogle studied English and writing craft at Iowa State University before moving to Marion County. Webb Shadle Public Library Director Jo Ellen Glick says that they are excited to be able to host a local author to share her recent work. 

“We’re just excited to have somebody from this local area just write a book and to be able to come in and talk about it. So, please join us it’ll be so much fun”

Saturday’s event with Jamie Ogle is free and open to the public, and will take place at 6 pm at the Webb Shadle Public Library in Pleasantville.
