Thelma Kay Briggs, 79, passed away on March 20, 2024, in Savannah, Missouri. A graveside burial will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at Graceland Cemetery in Knoxville, Iowa. Memorials may be directed to her family and will be designated at a later date. Pierschbacher Funeral Home in Knoxville is assisting Thelma’s family with arrangements.
