The Knoxville Police Department is reminding citizens to lock their vehicles after two car thefts in two days.
Knoxville Police Chief Aaron Fuller says that the two cars taken in two days were recovered with no damage, and that he believes it was most likely the same person looking to get from point A to point B. However, Fuller wants to remind citizens to remove any valuables from your vehicle, to not leave the keys inside, and make sure to always lock the doors. If it appears someone may have attempted to break into a car, or any suspicious activity, contact the Knoxville Police Department.
