The 89th Tulip Time festival concludes with a traditional worship service Sunday. The event will be held at the Vermeer Pavilion at 11 a.m. and will feature performances from Pella and Pella Christian school choirs. The speaker this year is Pastor and Central College Graduate Ed Ollie, Jr. The event will be broadcast on 92.1 KRLS.
